Return & Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

RPG Pride stores will gladly accept returns of any unwashed, unworn, unused, and manufacturer defective merchandise, with original tags and Return Authorization Number attached, when accompanied by an original RPG Pride company stores sales receipt. Personalized or tailored items cannot be returned. A valid, officially-issued ID is required for all returns (driver’s license or government ID, for example). Please contact us for a Return Authorization (RA) for the full or partial order.

Note: If you need to return multiple orders, a unique RA# is required for each order. 


For EU consumers:

According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

  1. The supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized;
  2. Sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren’t suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

Therefore RPG Pride reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.

 To be eligible for a return:

  • You have 4 weeks to return an item after it has been received.
  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • Your item needs to have the Return Authorization (RA) and receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Please print RA # and place it in your package.

For items returned with Return Authorization Number and a receipt within 4 weeks from the date received, the original method of payment will be refunded for the amount paid. If a credit card was used as the original payment method, the same credit card will be required to process the refund.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned

item. Allow 5 – 10 business days to inspect your return. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. Putting into consideration, your shipping time, inspection time, and your bank’s credit processing time it could take 7-21 business days to have your refund issued.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). Returns cannot be processed without a Return Authorization (RA).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

 Note: For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.

Due to our shipping process, we can’t cancel or change an order once it is placed. Please contact our staff for help.

Delivery dates provided in your cart and checkout are estimated. All orders ship with Ground service and are not guaranteed.

All orders are charged a shipping cost (if any) based on order total.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Review/Modification of This Policy

RPG Pride reserves the right to update its Refund Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the new Policy on this page.

You are advised to review this Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.

If we make any material changes to this Policy, we will notify you either through the email address you have provided us, or by placing a prominent notice on our website.
